cant open music sheet

hi, the reason i joined this worship swap site was to print off some music sheets so i could practice them,,yet it seems every song that i click on wont let me (it suggests changing my membership?). I am unsure of how to do this, does it cost to upgrade? Also, i havent downloaded the video performer, could that be stopping it?
